Louis Jerry Rémillard

Jerry has consulted, coached and trained at several national and international manufacturing and service companies at all levels as well as government and non-profit organizations. He has worked with senior individuals performing one-on-one coaching and worked extensively with senior management teams to implement new strategies and bring about change.

Prior to his private practice, Jerry took on the roles of vice president of marketing and sales for a New York-based gifts and toiletries company where he developed and implemented various corporate plans. He also generated new distribution channels for its products to major U.S. department and retail drug stores. As national marketing director for a leading Canadian paper, packaging and wood product manufacturer, Jerry developed and executed all marketing programs and research as well as divisional strategic plans, overseeing the allocation of products within the distribution network. Jerry has also worked with national and international food production companies, preparing and executing marketing plans and leading new product development efforts for multi-million-dollar advertising and promotional budgets and served as a consultant on major product strategy changes, large capital expenditures and acquisitions.

Jerry holds an MBA from McGill University and coaching diploma from the Corporate Coach University. He received his BA in French Literature and Psychology from SUNY at Plattsburgh. Jerry holds dual citizenship in the United States and Canada, and is fluent in English and French.
