Executive Assessment

Our Executive Assessment process was developed on the basis of current research in management and work psychology. The process includes not only various tools normally used in such reports – for instance, personality and management skills, but also other dimensions especially pertinent to leadership and strategy. Both the assessment models and the participant intervention approach are primarily based on the Positive Psychology movement.
