Background and Training

Pascal Savard is a registered psychologist and certified human resources professional. His training includes a Ph.D. (ABD) in Industrial / Organizational psychology from the University of Montreal. He completed a two-year executive coaching program that lead to international coaching certification (ICF). He works in both English and French.

Pascal Savard started his psychology and leadership career in 1998 with a national consulting firm. In 2002, he co-founded Dolmen Capital Humain with two other partners. This firm quickly grew to become a major player in human resources consulting in Quebec. Pascal was in charge of the organizational psychology team.
