Pascal Savard is an organizational psychologist and executive coach specializing in leadership development. His experience in consulting and working internally for different industries has allowed him to develop a keen ability to understand his clients’ needs and accompany them in developing sound business solutions.
He has been coaching leaders since 2004 in various industries and positions ranging from front-line managers to executives. He has a strong ability to foster relationships based on trust, which helps create a climate favourable for change. He also has extensive experience with 360-degree feedback solutions.
Pascal Savard focuses mainly on individual development interventions; specifically, leadership assessment and coaching. He developed a leadership assessment approach that incorporates the latest research in management and that is heavily influenced by the positive psychology movement. Throughout his career, he has conducted over a thousand assessments that are instrumental in guiding leaders’ development efforts. He is especially skilled at providing straightforward and constructive feedback while supporting the individual’s motivation to change and their confidence in their ability to achieve their objectives.
Pascal Savard is a registered psychologist and certified human resources professional. His training includes a Ph.D. (ABD) in Industrial / Organizational psychology from the University of Montreal. He completed a two-year executive coaching program that lead to international coaching certification (ICF). He works in both English and French.
Pascal Savard started his psychology and leadership career in 1998 with a national consulting firm. In 2002, he co-founded Dolmen Capital Humain with two other partners. This firm quickly grew to become a major player in human resources consulting in Quebec. Pascal was in charge of the organizational psychology team.
