Founder of Primebridge Inc., Brenda is a bilingual (English / French) certified executive coach, professional facilitator, talent management advisor and published author with over 25 years of experience as a business leader, director of research and professional facilitator with a particular talent for leading executive-level interventions. Brenda has a BA in Interdisciplinary Labour Studies from Carleton University and was certified in 2002 as an Executive Coach from Royal Roads University. She is also certified in several psychological tools such as MBTI Step II, FIRO Business and Emotional Intelligence (Bar-On). Brenda is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

With over 30 years of experience as an internal/external organizational development consultant, trainer and executive coach, Josée has worked with management in diverse milieus from the shop floor to executive board rooms. Josée has managed an HR Management team in a unionized and manufacturing environment and was part of the management team, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance. She was also a member of the faculty of management at Sherbrooke University in Québec. Josée received her Master of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington DC and a Bachelor in Social Sciences from the Université de Montréal.
