“If team members are never pushing one another outside of the emotional comfort zones during discussions, then it is extremely likely that they are not making the best decisions for the organization”. Patrick Lencioni
Primebridge’s approach to team coaching is highly involved and structured as we understand how great teams require constant courage and persistence. They also cannot be achieved without a willingness to invest time and the right energy.
Our team coaching approach implements a globally used assessment called The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Through this assessment a team will learn how disciplined they are, or not, about building trust, creating healthy conflict, driving commitment, holding each other accountable and their focus on results.
Through this model, teams who are willing to address the five dysfunctions, can develop stronger team and personal leadership skills when they:
Put critical topics and issues on the table and have healthy and creative debates
Make higher quality decisions and accomplish more in less time
“Lower levels of trust, yield higher levels of cost” —Brenda Chartrand
Primebridge’s approach dramatically improves leadership performance.
