Leona Kolla is an executive coach, team coach, organizational and people development consultant, and professional facilitator.  With over 3,000 hours of executive coaching experience, she has partnered with a diverse range of private and public sector leaders from executive to front line managers and emerging high potentials in the legal, financial, regulatory, property development and leasing, mining, high tech, transportation, environmental, education, and government sectors. In recent years, her practice has primarily focused on the health care sector partnering with senior and executive administrative and physician leaders.

With strength in both systems and strategic thinking, Leona can see a situation through the individual lens and then dial that up to a systems perspective.  Her organizational and small political experience gained during her career in executive leadership in Saskatchewan and Alberta governments, has enabled her to understand circumstances at multiple levels and support clients to gain insight and choose the most appropriate action.
