John Neily is a bilingual certified executive coach, director of research and a professional facilitator with over 40 years of experience as a senior leader with a particular talent for leading multiple stakeholder interventions.
His experience as Director of National Security and Public Safety and applied research with the Conference Board of Canada, his rich career as an Assistant Commissioner with the RCMP, and as a strategic advisor with the Centre for Security Science, allows him to bring unique knowledge and reflections with his clients.
Throughout his career in the RCMP, John was recognized for his leadership and vision both in operations and in strategic leadership, planning and execution. He has a reputation for successfully influencing, mentoring and coaching wide-ranging leaders in organizations.
