Martha Sales is an Executive and Leadership Coach who has absolute confidence in the coaching process and an unfailing commitment to her clients’ success. In her coaching and consulting practice Martha works with a diverse array of clients including C level executives, emerging leaders and independent business owners. Additionally, she is an Associate Coach with University of British Columbia and teaches management and leadership at Langara College in British Columbia.
Martha’s 20 years as a Senior Operations professional, with over 4,500 hours of project leadership, gives her breadth of knowledge of organizational and interpersonal dynamics. The scope of her work was broad with primary focus to support business transformation and national and global strategic initiatives. Her work encompassed development and delivery of strategic training initiatives, change leadership, and comprehensive process improvement projects. She is recognized as a leader who excels in building relationships, team development, collaboration, and solution-focused action. To her coaching and facilitation Martha brings this strong complement of skills.
Martha holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (CEC), Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, a Certificate in Human Resources from Ryerson University, and a B.A. from Queen’s University. She is also a Certified Facilitator of Relationship Awareness Theory (Strength Deployment Inventory ®) and Legacy Leadership®.
