Allan Cameron

Allan has over 25 years of experience working with diverse clients and has coached in industries such as finance, marketing, mining, entertainment and IT as well as in the government and not-for-profit sectors.

A certified executive coach who provides services that are uniquely tailored to the demands of high performance cultures within mid to large-sized organizations, Allan’s mission is to foster exemplary, unique and authentic potential within the coaching relationship through inviting personal awareness, transformation and growth. Using a collaborative process of strength and gap assessment, increased insight through “stretch” challenges and evocative questioning, and best practices, this process generates personal transformation and measurable return on investment in a respectful, supportive and stimulating coach-coachee relationship.

Allan received his Masters in Social Work, focusing on a Systems Perspective as applied to individuals, groups and organizations, and received his coaching credentials from Royal Roads University. Allan was a consultant in a large employee assistance program for ten years within the banking sector before his private practice, in which he regularly coached leaders around issues related to career development, performance reviews, team dynamics and inter-personal relationships.
